A life coach, psychotherapist and supervisor focusing on personal development working with mind, body and spirit.
I also facilitate wellbeing sessions and expressive arts therapy workshops.
I am accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
Coaching and Counselling are personally transformational, helping you to
explore your thoughts, feelings, identify your goals and
making changes to move your life forward.
I work in a safe, confidential, empathic and non-judgemental manner
working alongside you to achieve your goals
either online using Zoom to reach you wherever you are in the world
or face-to-face in my unique coaching counselling studio.
Integrative Counselling/Psychotherapy focuses on feelings, thoughts, exploring issues from the past and present using Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT), Transactions Analysis (TA) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Life Coaching focuses on the present and where you want to be in the future, changing your mindset from negativity to positivity, building confidence, self-esteem, setting goals, making changes working with mind, body and spirit.
Clinical Supervision for qualified and student counsellors.
Wellbeing Packages focuses on self-care, visualizations, relaxation, meditation, listening to our inner voice, candle glazing, spirituality, creativity, journaling.
Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop groups is where we explore ourselves at deeper levels through a variety of mixed media and themes. This is a great way to add to your continuing professional development (CPD), certificates are given.

My qualifications are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I studied for 7 years at The University of Chester obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, Master’s Degree in Counselling Studies and a Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling Supervision. I have also trained extensively over the last 9 years in coaching and Person-Centred Expressive Arts Therapy and group workshop.
I have 13 years’ experience and have worked in a women’s centre with a variety of mental health issues and abuse, a charitable organization with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. In a hospice with a life-threatening illness and bereaved families, also occupational health and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
I have been in private practice for many years helping a variety of clients. What gives me the most pleasure in coaching and counselling is seeing clients grow to their full potential, becoming self-aware and feeling in a much better place,
I have been supervising qualified counsellors and student counselling groups for the past 7 years, my delight is passing on my knowledge and experience to other counsellors and supporting them in their growth.
I have developed, facilitated wellbeing sessions and expressive arts therapy workshops for the last 6 years working with different mixed media and themes in small groups, this is where my creativity and playfulness comes alive.
